just setting up

this is my first blog attempt. this blog will be about me, my life, cheese, my puppies, and living with a chronic illness. Sometimes we say puppies have cheese dreams when they are sleeping but seem to be running or muttering. I dream a lot, every night and every day. One of my biggest dreams is to be a professional cheesemaker. I have been making cheese for over a year and enjoy it very much.
